My highschool experience and whats next
My high school years have been a pretty pleasant experience. I started out my years at Springport High School, and needless to say the gross barn smelling school and poor lack of character in some of it's students didn't really play out very well for me. I've always done decently in school. B's and C's mostly, but still better than what a lot of students got. The day I began my class at the Jackson Area Career Center I knew that my views of high school would be changed from unpleasant to quite enjoyable. I had taken Visual Communications; which was a class about digital media and design.
Towards the end of my first year at the Career Center I was given a job. This job was to restore a few old photographs of marriage certificates from the 1800's. It was a very tedious task (one that took almost two weeks), but I managed to restore the photographs to almost perfect condition. I made the client happy, and I also discovered my passion for photo restoration.
